- We are a family of four: one part American, one part British and two pints of half and half. We live in Alaska in the summer where our dog Inca chases grizzly bears. Seattle is home in the winter where we try to stay dry but don't mind the rain. We love to travel, cook, create, garden, photograph, fish, design, explore and be outdoors. Life is precious and we try to capture it here.

That innocent 'what's going on besides me looking cute?' look Finn has on his face means trouble. Guaranteed when he has that look, he is doing something bad. In this case, Nick tells me, water is pouring out of that upside-down sippy cup and flooding the tray and soaking his pizza. Go figure...
