1. Drink a bottle of champagne
2. Get a brazilian wax
3. Drink a huge glass of whiskey in the bath (the thought makes me dizzy)
4. Have lots of sex
5. Drink castor oil (maybe in a week)
6. Eat spicy noodles from Thai Tom's in the U-district
7. Meditate
8. Talk to baby and tell him/her it is time to come out
9. Take Evening Primrose Oil
10. Go for a run (Ha! Have you seen me lately?)
11. Jump up and down in a swimming pool
12. Go for long walks
13. Lunges and squats
14. Hula-hooping and/or belly dancing
15. Bounce on the exercise ball or a trampoline
This morning we woke up early and went to the French Bakery in West Seattle and brought our breakfast to Alki beach. Finn dug in the sand and then we went for a long walk. It is starting to get chilly in the mornings, especially with a sea breeze coming off the Sound.
There were a ton of runners out and about this morning and for the first time this pregnancy, I wished I wasn't pregnant anymore so I could run and move and sweat. Nick has started a really great exercise routine and I am really looking forward to joining him in a few weeks.
After our walk, we came back to the house and all took a long nap. After our nap, Uncle Ben stopped by on his way home from Alaska and we went to the Georgetown Farmer's market and have been catching up all afternoon. Now we are off to go for a long walk and possible swim in Lake Washington.
